Delete your account
You can delete your ParallelFit account and its data at any time, from the app or by email.
In the app
- Open ParallelFit and, on the Today tab, tap your picture in the top right to open Profile.
- Tap Account: email, password, delete.
- Under Delete account, type DELETE and tap Delete my account.
Deletion happens straight away and can't be undone. Cancel any subscription in Google Play first (Play Store → profile → Payments and subscriptions), because deleting your account doesn't cancel billing with Google.
By email
If you can't open the app, email us from the address you signed up with:
Use the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm the request and delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner.
What is deleted
- Your account, email and password
- Your profile, ability levels, birth year, injuries and notes
- Your plans, goals and every workout
- Your coach conversations, debriefs and reviews
- Cheers, voice clips, comments, kudos and nudges you sent
- Your partnerships and crew memberships. A crew you created passes to another member, or is removed if you were the last one.
- Your push tokens and your subscription profile at our billing provider
What is kept
- Records of purchases, kept where the law requires them for tax and accounting. They contain no workout or health data.
- Cheers that others sent to you belong to their accounts and are removed when they delete theirs.
